Returns and Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions, steps, and timelines associated with returning products and receiving refunds.  

Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Transactionplace Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” or “user” refer to customers purchasing from Smart Fitts. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

Eligibility for Returns 

We want you to feel confident about your purchases. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition. All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact and be returned along with the item. 

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for return. Products that do not meet these conditions may be declined at our discretion. 

How to Initiate a Return 

To ensure a clear and efficient return process, we follow a structured approach. You must begin by contacting us with the required information so we can review your request. 

Step 1: Initiate a Request 

You must send an email to transactionplacetechpvtltd@gmail.com clearly mentioning your Order ID and the reason for requesting a return. Providing accurate details helps us process your request without delay. 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are required to attach clear photographs that show the issue. These images allow our team to verify the concern and speed up approval. 

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions 

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions on how to send the product back securely. Returns that do not follow the provided instructions or guidelines may be rejected. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

After the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request after this review. 

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In certain cases, an item may be returned in a condition that only partially meets the return criteria. This may include minor damage, missing tags, or incomplete packaging. In such situations, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product? 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message should include clear photos or videos highlighting the issue so that we can assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution promptly.
